1. The export release officer completes the procedures of the consignment required to be re-exported and refers it to the cargo security (customs security).
2. The cargo security officer receives the consignment along with a re-export report. The consignment is recorded in the receipt/delivery register until its departure time.
3. The consignment is delivered to the carrier's official to put it in a container or a pallet in presence of the customs security officer.
4. The customs security escorts the consignment to the airplane and make sure that it has been placed inside the airplane cargo compartments.
5. The re-export report is signed by the officers who supervise the re-export process.
6. The re-export report is handed over to the customs security supervisor to finalize the transaction.
