If the settlement decision is rejected, the dispute will be completed by legal process and the lawsuit will be transferred to the public persecution

بعد اطلاع اللجنة على المواد (151،152،153) من نظام الجمارك الموحد، وقرار معالي وزير المالية رئيس مجلس إدارة هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك رقم (1481) وتاريخ 1444/12/30هـ، وقرار معالي محافظ هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك رقم (14520) وتاريخ 1445/04/02هـ، وبعد دراسة الطلب من جميع النواحي الجمركية والقانونية قررت اللجنة الموافقة على قبول التسوية الصلحية وفقاً لما يلي:

ثالثاً منطوق قرار اللجنة:

بناءً على ما تقدم، توصي اللجنة بالآتي:

تسقط الدعوى بانتهاء إجراءات المصالحة عليها.

يبلغ القرار لصاحب الشأن وله حق قبوله أو رفضه خلال (5) أيام ويعتبر القرار نافذاً وسنداً تنفيذياً بعد قبوله به كتابة أو إلكترونياً واعتماد محضر التسوية من معالي محافظ هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك أو من يفوضه.
